Co Founder and President of La Pavia Beverages, makers of Top Note Tonics,. Mary worked for several breweries including Goose Island Beer in Chicago and MillerCoors, both as a quality director and in product commercialization. She spent her formative years in food testing labs, and honed her skills to use sensory analysis on beverages, specifically beer, at the Siebel institute in Chicago.
